Arjay is great! we had 2 new garage doors installed a few years ago, and we damaged one of the panels.
Arjay was amazing, not only did he come to check it out same day, he was able to go above and beyond and get the part and repair the door same day too!
He also explained some maintenance and operational info that will help us keep our garage doors in tip top shape.

I had a garage door opener problem, it was intermittent. I contacted 2 different
companies for a fix. Each recommended replacement of the unit or replacement of a circuit board AT $275 - $800.
I then reached out to Arjay McKenzie at AVF Residential as he came recommended.
He questioned the problem systems then asked if I had installed a LED light bulb in the unit. Yes, the week before. Arjay Recommended removing it.
THIS CORRECTED THE PROBLEM !
Arjay obviously has the experience & understands of the Garage Door System !

I recently used AVF for help with replacing a broken garage door spring and was very happy with them overall. Spring broke on a holiday weekend and I was able to get ahold of Arjay that weekend and he was able to get one of his team over the next morning to replace it. Artur did a great job with the repair and was knowledgeable and had good attention to detail.

I would definitely recommend them to others!

I found my garage door broken due to a broken spring. I was shopping around to get it fixed. I found Arjay from AVF residential with fantastic reviews. I called Arjay and he responded very quickly - he was over my place in an hour! He needed to order a new spring. He was able to get me a new spring and install the next morning!!! This company has great communication and does excellent work - I highly recommend them. Gino
